Action fallen apart

Never have i faced this problem,

But i injured my elbow playing footy a month ago and since coming back into cricket my bowling action has gone funky.

My arm doesn't change in anyway until it goes past my ear.. and then my elbow seems to buckle slightly and then restraighten.. and im not sure what to do

.. I'll try and get a video soon but its very frustrating as it now makes my action illegal

im usually a front on bowler.. any ideas on how i can keep my elbow straight throughout the whole action (its fine up until my arm goes past my ear)

A video would be helpful but can you describe the injury in more detail?

There was a tear in one of my tendons and i couldn't move my elbow properly during those 3 weeks.

My elbow is fine now.. feels great.. just idk why it's had an affect on my action.

To be of any use to you, I do need to know more eg which muscle tendon, what grade, how it occurred and what treatment; accute and sub-accute.
