Creekers should be able to account for bundooras bowling attack next week. At one point Bundoora was 1/100 odd and cruising, but again the lower order showed no patience as they staggered to 210.
Rosanna has lost the plot
Heidelberg should have launched with 20 overs to go being at 3 for 180 . ( and im not sure why they didnt but you'd think Ross taking 60 overs to get to 100 is a bit too slow in my opinion - good knock nevertheless) i'm not convinced 260 is going to be enough particularly if their captain tons up. That ground is a 5 an over ground it's thats quick once you hit it through the ring.
NEW should chase down Riversides mediocre total , and if Rosebank can get Timewell early, well that could be game over as well .

Another Nick Murray masterclass with the ball this week. As much as BB is not a NEW man, he is starting to jump on the NEW train. Was there in person yesterday and those boys love playing with each other. They’ll chase that on there you know whats.
Gee it was looking very very bleak for the Diamo boys at 1/130odd . But to their credit they toughed it out and kept Bundy to something that could be chased??? But with no McLean again, that is not likely!
Called it from the start of the year, the Rosanna season was a flash in the pan. Epping made them look 4th rate yesterday, (see Carlton dismissal on frogbox for context) They’ve got no confidence what so ever. The pinger outfit is looking very very good. Pingers win 1 down.
This game is pretty much void, although the bankers will be hoping for a win to stay in Barclay. That’s really all that’s riding on it. I think they’ll win but only if they get Timewell early.
A lot gets spoken about the weak Berg batting, but they put that to bed yesterday.
Like the pingers they too are firing on all cylinders, and with the bowling line up they have I think they’ll defend 260. Saying that, the Mac boys will give it a shake, get Wise and its curtains.

Heard had spoken to a Money Shield club and wanted to know a number
Thinking about Rosannas plight this season and it presented an interesting stat from Barclay Shield in the past few years, the premier hasn't made finals the year after.
22/23 - Rosanna (Likely finish 6th-8th)
21/22- Riverside (Finished 8th)
20/21 - NEW (Finished 6th)
19/20 - DC/Hberg (8th & 5th)
18/19 - Macleod (Finished 7th)
17/18 - Riverside (Finished 7th)

Recent history suggests Epping will win the flag if they finish on top.
22/23 - Rosanna beat Epping, Epping ??
21/22- Riverside beat Heidelberg, Heidelberg finished 7th following season
20/21 - NEW beat Riverside, Riverside finished top and won the flag following season
19/20 - DC/Hberg (8th & 5th) following season
18/19 - Macleod beat DC, DC finished top and tied flag following season
17/18 - Riverside beat Macleod, Macleod finished top and won the flag following season
