England call up Mustard
England have called up Phil Mustard for the limited overs section of their Sri Lankan tour.
Though he looks a good bet I can't thinking that this is little bit of a panic measure by England. We have other keepers who could quite easily fill the breach, whilst allowing Mustard to develop further. Jones would have been adequate cover or even Foster.
Somewhere in the back of my head I hear the alarm bells ringing that we're going to be returning the bad old days of before Fletcher, where players are picked on whim and then jettisoned without having a fair run. I hope I'm wrong but at the moment it's the feeling I get.
