Australis does seem to have a poor infrastructure when it comes to the 'net. Most sites from that country seem to take a little longer to load (distance does play a part, but not that much).

get about 5000 and 500 here in the uk but a lot less back in pakistan

It's a night unlimited plan. In the day its limited but from midnight to 8 AM the limits don't apply.
