Inner Thigh Guard Problems

I like to think I know what I'm doing when it comes to equipment. Obviously I'm wrong.

Just bought an inner thigh guard (for my right leg, as I'm right-handed) and do not know how to fit the inner guard with the outer thigh guard. I've seen many people strap the two guards together and I assumed I could do this, but am having a bit of trouble

Any help would be appreciated

Worked it out at training today, with some help.

You're right - i bought it facing the wrong way up, that picture I found online is the wrong way up, and so is the writing, so full points to grey-nicholls for maximum confusion.
