I guess you could try a VoIP service like Skype. Their rates seem to be cheap.

Yeah, Skype to Skype is free. I use it to talk my relatives in the US. But if they dont have Skype then you'll have to pay to call their landline or cell.

VoIP is great. We have it. The international calls are cheaper than local calls for us
