MCC Cricket Masterclass Video

Anyone have any experience with the video "MCC Cricket Masterclass - Vol. 1 - Batting, Bowling And Captaincy?" I'm looking to pick up a copy on Amazon and I'd like to know if it's a useful video.

I need to find something with a deep introduction to batting -- not just the mechanics, but the theory behind batting, etc. I've got the Woolmer videos, which are good, but are a geared a little more towards coaches instead of players.

Not used them myself, but I'd imagine that they'd be decent enough. Just remember that they are a little old (although the basics won't have changed much).

Quite interesting if you can pick them up cheap. They are basically tips from top ex-players. I had a copy but lost it years ago. The book is still safe here though. That's quality too.
