How do you think Katty will go with them in the side, who is coaching cobram?

Katty will make finals for sure..wether they win it or not who knows anything can happen...heard matt haddrell was coaching strathy..

Yeah .. with yarnley the pom & there normal clubbies the gledhils should give them that winning potential..usal clubs will be hard to beat, cobram, barooga , waaia & strathy... cant see anyone else apart from katy pushing them for finals.. 5 horse race!!

any more news from round the valley. with most sides out of footy finals will the real silly season start for recuits or just hard training.

Yeah not wrong, the rest of the sides just making the numbers.
Yarroweyah should have div 1 covered with the likes of burrows and ianucci. Don't see why they went back when they could probably beat Nathalia, Katunga and Berrigan/Finley in premier

any new faces in the valley thsi year? havent heard of too many... yarroeyah probably would have won a couple in a grade but might have been struggling for numbers in the other grades..let the kids develop..will be an ingteresting season...

will the valley get a 20/20 comp soon like shep??

waaia and chris armstong off to a flying. waaia beating katty by around 100 runs, armstrong getting ton, civva 71. gledhill boys didnt play due to liams wedding, thought he wouldve known better than to get married in cricket or footy seasons

Don't think many would have picked Nathalia to beat Cobram considering the spanking they gave us last year. it was really the Ash Quinn and Brent Smith show Quinn 5/23 and smith 48 and 3/0

great to see nathalia going well at the start of the season, they rely a lot on the quinn boys, hope they can keep their season rolling?

we will be trying our best to continue the form we have got going, its not just the quinn boys this year, Timon muir is improving each game with both bat and ball, Big smith is averaging forty and hasn't trained yet, Joel Cahir from the under 16's played his first prem game took 1 wicket and made 22 against barooga on the weekend so hopefully he keeps getting better and better, we are yet to come up against waaia and katty so they should be good games for us to hopefully judge where we are at.

1 man show last week for nathalia against Katunga Bradley Pell with the bat 58 & 62 no (think it was a fluke) controlled both of Nathalia's Innings and providing us with the win, All Brad needs to work on now is his fielding 2 of the most discracful efforts of catching i have seen we made sure he was fined for his attempts

we are going alot better than we expected this year especially after the year we had last year (only won three games for the year and they were the last three)
We are currently sitting on top of the ladder we have had 2 outright wins, 2 draws and its lucky that they have been both against barooga who i think are probably the team to beat this year and we have had 1 loss to strathy in round 2.

we are a bit lucky that each week one of us has bobbed up and made nearly 50 and above and some one has taken 3 or 4 wickets it has helped us out of some tight spots which is great
