Maybe some well spoken NMCA men like you might step up and take an active role in driving our comp forward? Surely there are some good people at your club who could be of great help to the wider competition ?
Will be some massive outs if the rumours are true about Rivergum and Holy trinity being out the door. The standard and depth of the comp will drop to an all time low. Hopefully the comp has got on the front foot and looking around to get some teams across or even merge. North west looking just about as shot….Has anyone got any information on what’s happening with the comp next season?

Lets hope that there are some great ideas put forward so the comp can hopefully thriveThere is a survey coming out end of April to canvas ideas such as eatrlier starting times , possible T20 grade, shortened matches for lower grades etc All to do with keeping players and attracting more
Scuttlebutt and rumors…heard from a few DVCA folks that they’re in the process of taking on Rivergum and Dennis for next season. Old Ivanhoe were shown the cold shoulder. Pretty disgusting form on behalf of any of those clubs if they turned up at the NMCA meeting a couple of weeks ago pretending to be part of the comp moving forward knowing already that they’d applied to DVCA, especially if they’re on the NMCA board. Camrea still living rent free in your head egg? No mention of Camrea in this post. Sounds like a raw nerve been smashed to pieces. As for credibility, the less said about your board the better for all. I’m told some good ideas were put forward, especially by a life member volunteering to join the board. Bit rich having a camrea person comment on rumours of clubs moving around you hold no credibility in this area.
As for if they were at the meeting or not who cares? Maybe they were looking for something to change there mind and were most likely met with the same ongoing BS.
With or without them the sun will still come up and the comp will continue.
