another example of the south taking matters into their own hands is prominent pro south umpire Millsy getting the Sth Caulfield game. Rumour was if he gave Green and Cooper out for Dicey LBWs Doutta would fold quicker than the Sunday Newspaper and Ash would get those runs on his own.

Hope thats not true.

rumour from buckley park is eastwood did great job for the north team, mills didn't know what it him with all the not out's from the other end. Ahh well, those north teams always get special treatment, don't they!

after words with "toccaa" and the yarraville president, the club made an executive decision that smackas would be allowed back in the ones providing he takes a breath test on arrival at the ground.
the club came up with the decision that if he blew under .10 they would let him play, but if he blew between .05 and .10 he was to open the batting as punishment.
blew .09 and was wrapt when he found out they were bowling as he only had a few hours sleep last nite. but he still had to open the batting as punishment.
LOOKOUT KIELOR! SMACKAS IS GOING TO GET YOU!
p.s he was spotted an hour ago at the rising sun hotel bottle shop on geelong road with what looked to be 12 bottles of vb long necks being passed through the passenger side window!

Heard the same thing - poor old Kenny, apparantly age catches (parden the pun) up with everyone. Either way, douttas still seemed to have batted well enough to win. Fair game in the balance YCC v KCC

what a fantastic moment i just had. i logged on hoping to c those honest lads from Bentleigh have a good day & I was wrapped 2 c that they have managed to take their semi into the 2nd day....only by 40 runs with 8 wickets in hand but they did it.

Top effort fellas, a well deserved end to your season of disgrace...

learn to play the game on the groud u cheating hacks & u might play finals when u r good enough.. what did u make Robbo? 160 isn't many to share with all the stars in your team...

Bye Bye Yarraville. Apart from Bakers 60 the top order didn't show a lot else, and if the Keilor keeper could catch it could have been over earlier.

Porter's dismissal of O'Keefe was a very good ball.

Are you saying you'd prefer cheats who aren't even competitive in the finals - that's your preference?!?!?. No wonder the south has no respect on this forum if you're the representative.......

We can only hope some entertainment was provided out at Airport West for the fans in the form of bouncers from D Brown aimed squarely at heads!:eek:
