Looks like an interesting year ahead at nmca. Rivergum look to be early favorites and Trinners looking very strong and are real contenders. I have heard on the grapevine that Rosebank are rebuilding and wont be too disappointed where they finish as they believe they have a promising young group...

Looks like the axe has already dropped at rosebank. From all reports the captain has been given his marching orders. They have gone back to the old firm. The rich boys don't take loosing all that well. Rivergum continue to impress and some big scores posted on the weekend.

They wouldnt give a main job to a seconds captain. They'll run a young player policy but I bet they get a big name to lead them next year.

Unfortunately HDCA is now dead. The plan was to create the NECA which looked very promising. It was going to be what many believed to be a strong rival to DVCA. A joint venture between HDCA & NMCA would have reinvigorated cricket in the zone with growth at all levels & most of all with Juniors...
