The age factor does play a pretty big part along with the amount of time spent at the club (which I guess is an age factor). It also doesn't help that we have a player/coach who has been playing for a long time so he knows all the long-time players more. I believe jealousy also...

This question is kinda strange but I have always wondered.
If you have a hot shower, would this warm up your muscles enough to allow you to stretch without doing harm? As I've learnt, it is harmful to do static stretching before a warm-up and should only be completed as a warm-down...
