Ash v HM - Ashy way too strong. harsh welcome to the newcomers, but HM are suited to 1 dayers. Bull v DD - think Parsons will get the job done for the bears. GI v SH - Glen Iris batting too strong for SH. Armstrong will tear up the bowling Mar v Mul - Mulg too strong, should run over them...

I think SKevs are just a good honest team of performers. They don't seem to rely on one player each week like some other sides, and they definitely have a belief they can win!

Yes and it certainly makes a difference to a side having a Pom make 500 runs and take 26 wickets doesn't it! they have had 2 poms top the comp in the votes, credit to their recruiting, but doesn't support the ATurf / Dunstan gap not being large!

ECA Outsider - but of those sides, the only one side has made a GF, and GI a few Semi's. The fact they probably dominated A Turf shows that there is probably a big gap between top 6 Dunstan sides and All A Turf sides bar top 2. The other sides have only scraped it through relegation. Also...

Good weekend of cricket, with a lot of games / season results not being decided until the last day of the H&A season - thats great for the comp.. Finals battle: I think StKevs will get the runs, Dale and Thompson wont be enough... need more bowling depth, but pressure is always against...
