Pakistan vs Australia in United Arab Emirates

Re: Pakistan vs Australia in United Arab Emirates This first defeat should be a big wake-up call for the Australians, to lose against a very weak opponent when they should be thrashing them is pretty disgusting. Australia need to show some respect if they want to win the rest of the matches...

    Botha reported for suspect action

Re: Botha reported for suspect action I don't think so, I feel that it isn't that bad. I have seen way worse than what he has being doing. Although his action isn't good I think the fella needs a break.

    Boucher's Eventuall Replacement

Re: Boucher's Eventuall Replacement To be honest I still see Boucher with some more time left in him, Although I don't think that AB would want to take up the wicketkeeper/batsmen role, South Africa have some good young and upcoming players as hattrick pointed out.

The weather could become an issue for IPL

Re: The weather could become an issue for IPL Defiantly true, I watched that game in excitement until the overs were reduced. Well I guess the we will just have to pray that the weather stays silent. I always have felt the Duckworth/Lewis method hasn't been a good thing nor, It can be very...

    Fake cricket bats

Re: Fake cricket bats Thanks for bringing this up, I have seen countless times general younger players that I have coached go to buy $40 bats that just snap and break while training alone. I would have to say ask your coach, good player if it's a decent bat that won't break.

    Batting Drills

Re: Batting Drills One of my best Batting Drill is to go out and buy a ball with a rope connected, Get a good bat and keep blocking, trying new swings and giving a few whacks. When I was a kid they used to sell them at Kmart and they are quite easily to a tree, post etc. Try batting all day...
