Hey guys, Does anyone have an ideas on how to dry out wet hardwicket surfaces (that green matting stuff). We have missed out on playing a few times this season due to the pitch being very wet. Covers are not an option at the moment.... We have thought about blower vacuums, what do you guys out...

Re: Were t0 get older balls If you go to the cricket nets after teams training then you might be lucky and find a ball or two. Last season we usually found 1 or 2 when we went to the nets for a bit, especially good if there is some bushes and scrub around. Still hard to find decent used balls...

Re: left-armers Where were you looking? It sounds that maybe you weren't fully concentrating on the bowler and maybe looking towards cover or mid off? Try and fully focus on the bowlers arm, bit different facing left armers, they were bowling over the wicket?
