Evan Matthews has gone to St Francis. He coached them last year cos they had no one else but did not want him to do it again and my understanding is they r struggling to find someone

Yeah he hasn't made as much as he and we would've liked but been a bit unlucky with being run out a couple of times. The rain has not helped as well. We were in a good position against MV and washed out against Flem but against a couple of other sides the boys just haven't stood up when required...

Shanahan was on a hat trick when he came out

Im not sure about the hat trick but I know they lost lost 3 quick wickets and didn't think he would b ready in time so just grabbed his bat and walked out or so i was told back at the club.

Well good news so far, rd 1 is going ahead now we just need the weather to hold off til tonight so we can all get our covers down

Any news on wickets for next week? Who do we think are going to be the strong sides in North a this year? I will give it a crack 1st - St Albans 2nd - East Keilor 3rd - Laverton 4th - Abers I think it will b a nice tight season anyone else willing to have a crack
