Far too good. KP should never have been chasing 279. Dropped catches played a huge roll in that score. Shame Baseballers had to carry on like pork chops when they took a wicket. No need at all to yell out to dismissed batsmen to eff off.

Isn’t this what the 1 Day comp is set up for? Aging cricketers who wish to stay in the game and have some fun. The fact that they still have some ability cannot be held against them. I certainly would not put them on the same level as Northern Socials. They are Moby Dick in a gold fish bowl.

My thoughts on Jika Shield semi finals; Tipping Keon Park & Old Ivanhoe. However, If Donath can dismiss Max McLean before he gets to 20 then Donath could very well cause an upset. Ryan is also a key with the bat for OI. Liam Andrews is a key bat for Donath so OI need to dismiss him early...

The biggest question for me would be, has/will the NMCA approach the DVCA for a merger? Cannot see CV stepping in and say “get it done” at this stage.
