right now winter league ended and my basketball season
but thanks i will work on whole body but start working out legs etc also
Bowling workouts(gym)
i wanted to know some exercises or parts of body to work on to increase my speed and accuracy. i can bowl pretty fast right now but still want to increase. so any exercises including weight.

yea i guess so because if somebody bowls and gets time at 3 secs (which would be really slow) and you multiple that by 45...i seriously doubt it that that person would be bowling at 135 mph

on some website i found a way to measure your speed. it said you get a stopwatch and you start it as soon as you let go of the ball and stop the time as soon as it hits the bat or goes by the batsmen.then you multiply it by 45.i dont know if this is true or not and i have...

oh yea space is not a problem but due to soo much space distance is a problem...the main cricket ground which is like 5 grounds in one park is about 45- 1hr from my house but there is still alot of cricket that goes on

i live in houston texas and we have alot of fiellds but i dont have a license so i sometimes go to tennis courts and practice over there with hardball...hopefully when i get my license i can go to real nets.

hey im new to the forum but im already lovin this place. im 15 about to turn 16 and from what fellow team mates have told me...i can bowl at low 80 mph
