What your saying is, the HDCA execute are looking after their own clubs that they are involved with, as only half the HDCA clubs have juniors. This would leave the rest of the HDCA clubs in the lurch, as under DVCA rules, you gotta have juniors. Very ordinary form, if this is true!!!

From what my club has told me, there is a small rise of around $10.00 per day making it around $120 to $130, I think depends on what grade.... For $200 a day, that would make anyone think twice about umpiring....
