Re: Watson - Love him or hate him?
Maybe a little harsh there on Watson.
He has had an unbelievable run of late in test cricket.
But I am not a fan and each time he goes out to bat I hope he fails or makes another 90 and chokes. Probably the only player I have ever felt like this playing...
Re: Who's likely to be in the Ashes 2010/11 in Australia
Come LtD. Enough is enough with your english bashing.
Broad has been really quiet impressive and really only Watson and Dougie managed to consistantly move the ball this summer and it wasn't an overally impressive site...
Re: The Music Recommendation Thread
My mate had a ticket to a show in the UK. 2 days after they broke up. He was a little shattered.
Really getting into the Temper Trap, quality outfit. Even if there main following would be shielas, still goes alright :)

Re: LBW Rull Clarification when struck on a Full Toss
Sorry I meant straight on the path, not straight at the stumps. Early morning start was confusing myself a little.
Re: LBW Rull Clarification when struck on a Full Toss
My thoughts are that most umpires will use their common sense (funny I know but surely they all have it ...)
If it is a massive inswinging delevery and they have been bowling this for the whole innings, the umpire should give it not out...
Re: IPL to air on Youtube
Youtube screened a U2 concert live end of last year.
Good for those that can't get access to the games but wouldn't have much affect to me as I would prefer to watch it on the TV
Re: Who's likely to be in the Ashes 2010/11 in Australia
Please. His wickets are often at the death against the numbers 8 , 9 , 10 and 11 for Pakistan who really are all number 11s and worse then McGrath...
Re: Who's likely to be in the Ashes 2010/11 in Australia
My thoughts.
Swann really has taken off and have really been impresssed with his ability. Finger spinning is the hardest bowling type to bowl successfully and at the beginning of his career I thought he was the next Dawson. But has...
Re: India in Bangladesh
Playing in India is boring.
They play on extensions of the south eastern freeway and its just a money making scheme over there. they want to see huge scores as they reckon that generates more interest. More interest equals more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...
Re: The Way forward for Pakistan
Yeah couldn't remember the keeper.
BUt there are kidding yourself if they think Waqar is there fielding coach. Bowling coach first and foremost and that should be his sole motiviation out there. Get the bowlers better
Re: Who's likely to be in the Ashes 2010/11 in Australia
Been impressed with Anderson of late. Things weren't going right for him and he went away and now can trouble the best batsman in the world.
Would like to see an attack of Anderson, Broad, Sidebottom and Swann taking on the attack...
The Way forward for Pakistan
With the large Australian base of members here we should be able to generate some discussion on the issues that Pakistan are facing at the moment and how they can go about moving forward.
(I will say that a few of these points were brought up by Grandstand late...
