Re: Indian players bats It's the SS Ton, a bat used by many of the Indian batsmen, they then just apply their sponsers stickers onto the bat. Yuvraj uses a Ton, as does Dravid, because Hero Honda and Britannia don't actually make bats, so they use the best bat they can get.

Trampolining We've recently reassembled our large trampoline in the garden and I was wondering as to it's value when it comes to working on my fitness. I feel that if i am going to improve i need to get my fitness levels higher, so will be investing in some weights soon to work on strengthening...
