I agree with you on the first three, but to pick Seabrook over Avondale Heights is a big call.
If you go by last season, Avondale Heights just missed the four & Seabrook were wooden spooners by a mile.

Like Deer Park, ground not ready. Albion going all the way to the grand final meant they couldn't get to work on the pitch. St Pauls is another ground that won't be ready. These ground problems were all brought up at the last comp meeting, didn't your delegate let your club know?
Why are you complaining? You got up at the last comp meeting & said your ground wouldn't be ready for the start of the season so that's why Bill Taylor would have drawn you away. What's the point of drawing you at Deer Park if you're not going to play. Or are you after the 3 points for not playing?
Why don't the two sides with the bye ( WDCA A2 & VTCA West) play a practice match, teams should be reasonably evenly matched & a chance to give your best players a good workout. Alternative is to have them play in the lower grades to win easy points for your club.
In regard to the new West B1 grade, does anyone know what is going to happen there with the nine sides. Surely there won't be a bye, so is there a new club joining? or are they going to do what they did with North B1 last year & have a Senior club play their 2nds to make an even number? It...
