Good luck with that job - I hope you go well. As super saint said it is a big task to rebuild and it will take a long time. It would seem the most important respect you need to work on is from within the club. Keep an eye on the big picture ant try to work with the group and not against it

2 great finals tomorrow - Outer clubs in Dandenong and Ringwood taking on 2 powerful city clubs in Prahran and Melbourne. Loads of state players particularly in the 2 city clubs up against younger sides from the suburbs

Promotion and Relegation would be great so a 2 division set up is a great idea. Give the clubs 2 years notice and the best performed clubs over that period are in division 1. You could leave the 3rds and 4ths in their groupings as it is currently structured.

not suggesting to play it on anyones number 2 ground. However playing on the number 1 at Endeavour where you could cover the entire square makes more sense to me than playing it at Scammell. In short all grand finals should be played on main grounds if they are available
