Re: DVCA - C grade and below I was only going by what I was told at the rooms (although it isn't exactly easy to understand our 5ths captain at the best of times)...by the way I think the umpire was actually an under 14 player.

Re: DVCA: Barclay Shield On what basis? We get one of our best players back this week, and our 2s had a good win as well so someone in form should come up to help out. We'll win our share of games like we normally do, we almost made the finals last year after all.

Re: DVCA: Barclay Shield When I bowled one down leg that went for four leg byes, I pleaded with the umpire to just give it as byes because I didn't want Whitey walking off the field with no byes! In all honesty we've been in positions to win both of our games, and could quite easily be 2-0...
