Have been hearing similiar things Parkhack. Also Heidelberg West is supposedly into Kyle Ewart, but thats a given I suppose, as he is playing footy there.
No idea about the off field stuff, but on field, Camrea are looking very much in trouble to keep their A grade position.
Finished 2nd last, have had more high profile players leave/finish up and havent at this stage, recruited anyone to fill the gaps.
No real juniors players coming through.
Hard...
That may well be what Rosebank might offer, but my mail is that AJ has committed to Rivergum again this season, and McGann is coaching up Sunbury/Gisborne way, as he lives out that way somewhere.
Fess up. What was posted??? In round about terms if need be....
Jikaone, I dislike the DVCA elitists also, but we don't need to act like them. If Pepper has something to say, let him, so long as he doesn't start spinning crap like sanna2b2. Who knows, they may realise the grass isn't so green...
The 2 banks (Rose & View) are in A grade and the other 4 are in B grade, but in staying that, it is being called a grading year as there are 10 in A grade and 2 B grades. After the season has finished, all grades will go back to 8 sides per grade, so ladder positions will be vital, more so than...

If thats your take on it, then yes, I concede, travel is closer.
But I would have thought that Bundoora wouldnt want to be put in with the Money shield clubs.... :D
Well thought out. DVCA Money Shield, Panton Hill & Whittlesea v's NMCA Jika Shield, Northcote United & Rivergum (Mill Park).
Pretty sure I know which are closer to Banyule out of those 2 options....
DJ, the meeting was postponed. Probably due to Heidelberg and Banyule no longer wanting to take part in the merge. Not sure when it has been re-scheduled for.
The word around the local footy traps is that West are still going, but North are gone.
We will all find out soon enough as there is a meeting for the clubs tonight, I believe, about the joining of the comps.
It's disappointing to hear that the merge isn't a goer. What's also disappointing is that Banyule & Heidelberg seem to have decided to look else where to play now that it has fallen over after they supported the merge as they did. I mean, why support it in the 1st place so vigourously, when as...
Know a bloke who plays at Viewbank. He told me that they were going to move to the North Metro for next season.
I thought he was talking crap, but after what you guys are saying here, looks like he was telling the truth.
