might also add that Riverside could be the biggest loser...should they finish 4/207,5/224,6/242 etc approx 18 runs per wicket (faith in the office lady's maths work!!)....they would go past Creek....but no Lower Elthams 2's are far too important
DEFINATELY needs to be looked at. It's poor form from Lower Eltham and Bundoora, they can justify it all they want but its still poor form.
However, DVCA needs to be blamed for this, the rules allow it.........
Diamond Creek will most likely be the biggest loser out of all of this, the weakend...
What you trying to tell us Serge? that macleods bowlers are doing well?
If your batsman fire when it matters most, you have it in the bag....you appear to have great depth to cover any unforeseen events too.
Macleod to beat Plenty in the big dance for me.
a mid season practice match??? what? when has that ever happened?
diff scenario maybe, but IF heid win the flag will they not play macleod next year.
my source tells me players put on a brave face but basically didnt like the idea
can't agree, never heard anything like it before! be interested to hear feedback from players on this one.
st.kilda are struggling lets get them to train with hawthorn.....umm NO.
hey serge, today i bumped into a heidelberg guy on a delivery, he says macleod is training at heid tonight?????? and heid training at macleod next week???what the??? then i found heid facebook page.....and this
Boys please note over the next two weeks we will have a bit of an exchange with...
any more on this one??
And Rosanna and Diamond Creek...boring!!!!!!!!! 1st XI and 2nd XI....just got past 200 in 2 grades...well done!! how did your scrabble nights go?
If they had started with a pink ball and I was captain of the batting side, I would have made them continue with pink or start the innings again (especially after losing a wicket!) I've actually played a game when we started with an old ball as the capt forgot to bring it!! it turned up in...
I do see what you're saying, just dont see it as a big deal, its a non issue....rule makers make decisions, whingers dont like them
So what is happening with YCW? anyone know the reason for the weekends player shortfall...went from 22 to 8 halway through a match?
Lot of drama over the cones being moved, really a non issue, same for both sides, it's not like a game hasnt been moved grounds due to damge at short notice before, are we supposed to replicate the damaged grounds boundaries then?
biggest issue i see from looking at the scorecards..a team got...
fair enough, LE do need the points, they also weren't going to just walkaway with their tail between their legs.......they way i see it, research bowled out LE for 76 in 34.1 overs, and with 35 overs left in the match lead it by 98, and if they pushed harder could have lead by more or given...
Clearly you see this match the wrong way. It was your club who bowled a team out for 70 odd, and your club who should have been dictating the match.
Based on the fact you guys wanted to pull up stumps, there is no surprise that you got smashed around, credit to Lower for having a dip, if the...
bit confused by this post, wouldnt 98 runs ahead and 35 overs, give your side a realistic chance of the ten points??? so after you got absolutely caned for 18 overs, you say it should have been called off!!! cmon mate, give us a spell.

What are peoples thoughts on twilight round? game starts at 2.30
IF...all goes well 7.30 finish....hate to see a game get behind by 30mins or so as many do....players who have personal functions on, goodluck...might see a few miss the entire games for weddings...the old just go the reception...
