Well I don't really know the structure of the QLD system, however I would look for a club with 3 or 4 senior sides, generally they will be fairly well organised from my experience.

I think you'll find that the transition to senior cricket will be an eye-opener for you if you find the right club, where they have structured training sessions. That's not to say that it's planned out before training, but the drills they do are designed to serve a purpose...

I think you'll find in B-Grade this year that any of Avenel, Kilmore, Nagambie, Tallarook & Thornton could easily win it. I think everyone has forgotten that Alexandra are sitting comfortably on top the ladder however.
