Re: IPL to air on Youtube I have not heard anything to that effect yet but the US has a dedicated online tv provider (Willow TV ?) and I think it will most probably boil down to rights and who can show the content in certain geographical areas.

Re: Warm up games ? I have had a look online and have found no real indication that there are any warm up matches for IPL3. However last year the teams played some games a week prior to the tournament and I suspect that they will do that again. I doubt that any of these matches will be televised.
