I'm not so sure about it being a run fest.
Toddy was doing his morning calisthenics down there recently and noticed that Eltham Central doesn't look anywhere near as quick as it did before Christmas.
Judging from the forecast it could be borderline on Saturday. Might play all day, might come off for a little bit.
Going to be hard work for the fielding sides.
I have to disagree. He plays Barclay Shield as a bowler and bats 10 & 11.
His highest score in 9 years of Barclay Shield is 21 and he just made his first hundred in 13 years. Good on him I say.
Hardly qualifies as a bully.
When in doubt, read the rule book.

Always the case. People not happy with the Pres, Committee etc. I wonder how many of those unhappy people would nominate for the committee and executive next season?
Same story with DVCA. No one's happy. No one puts their hand up to take the job.
Everyone gets to play Mill Park and Greensborough.
Lower Plenty played them in rounds 6 & 7.
Mernda played them in rounds 9 & 10.
You should never blame the fixture for missing out on finals. Win enough early games, then you don't have to worry about the last couple of rounds.
Puts a different take on things. If true, fair enough. Why provide a sub for a team you are competing for a spot in the finals with. I wouldn't.
Under the rules, a team only has to provide a sub if a player is forced from the field bleeding.
There are different grades in Vets.
The problem (if it is one) seems to be that Lower Eltham has recruited players from other clubs. Perhaps the solution (if one is required) is to prevent players having a different senior and vets club.
