Chinese year of the Dragon, must be a big one for Bell Park. :S
Grovedale/West/South/East will compete for GCA 1
Thomson/Newcomb/StAlbans/Murgheboluc for GCA 2
And......... not that anybody really cares for GCA 3 but i keep reading that Little River are going to have a big year.
his back got the all clear from chiro. was possibly his last year/s of cricket and wanted to play back home.. give him time and he will be back. no bad blood.
gee, i was all over the place in my last post.. must of been in a rush
GCA has no pennant chairman to oversee clearances on my cricket, clubs can work between themselves but pennant chairman has the last say and has to grant the clearance aswell.
as it stands at this point in time i have lodged...
at the moment, only for club administrators can view them.. no pennant chairman means no more clearances will be granted by GCA. they threaten not to start the season but won't bend their by laws to allow it.
any help is good help i guess.. wouldn't turn him down.
Matt Harrison finally cleared yesterday by Geelong.
any clubs interested in running a table in our trivia night, there will be prizes etc.
only bad thing we could think of is that if a table of our own guys won, we would probably get...

i guess you wouldn't say no if players came knocking, but its the same team that finished 9th last year,
replacing 2 of the best players in the league. will have to wait and see how they fare.
going from their, already less than enviable position, they've lost a host of players to A.T.
don't really understand A.T's logic on recruiting them though, they couldnt get it done for guild and wont cover Benci & Arnott.
played in Sri Lanka after a long lay off, and failed miserably. i think 2002 was the year he had a massive season for Vic, which is now 9 years ago.. i'm only stating an opinion but i don't think he will tear this competition apart like everyone is saying he will... provided he does come that...
is Bendigo cricket that good ?
i would say Elliot had an outstanding year there, people seem to forget he played test cricket 15 years ago, and that batsmen lose their mojo before bowlers do. i reckon there is a few cricketers around GCA that are better cricketers than him. and one man won't...
don't think Sam Loftus is playing this year.. and don't believe EVERYTHING you hear and post it on here, seems more like your fishing for information as apposed to posting relevant news.
