Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
Muckleford need to work on putting a half decent A grade team together. For the amount of players who play out muckelford surely they can put a competetive team on the park. Going places off the field and in the juniors. I think they may put 2...

Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
Didnt see his figures from the finals not really even sure he got many wickets during the year but I found him difficult to face when we played them, mainly because of his height i think. Yeah on second thoughts I would proberly have Rosco...

Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
benbow hands down. Dont rate vering at all, he wont get a wicket or make a run in the Grand Final. Hey see if you DOT.COM can make an A res team or the year. Qualifications are played half the games, can only have 2 members from the same team. 6...
Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
barkers will bowl matt plumbridge, ash benbow, tappy, dave anley and maybe if they are really desperate and trying to buy a wicket kenners with his loppy leg spin. Yeah i agree i think plummer is a better bowler he is always trying to get you out...
Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
yeah i agree with dot.com aswell. recently 150 in a grade final has been pretty hard to chase down. if hodoras fails i think becks or stubbo will have to step up and make a big score which they are capable of doing.
Barkers creek might struggle...

Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
You know you could probably even nestle back in with the colts. I think that Ross Hall is still crying about last years "injustice" (laughter) and probably wouldn't even notice if you snuck out of the bushes and rolled the
arm over.
Sorry...

Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
Maybe one option could be moving C grade matches to friday night and starting senior cricket earlier on saturday mornings? It doesnt get dark untill 8 30 pm so if they started at say 5 - 5 30 there would be plenty of light. And obviousy starting...
Re: Castlemaine and District Cricket Association
Good call on calling off all senior matches on the weekend. Calling off the matches doesnt allow for teams who would have played in the heat do be advantaged/disadvanteged by the heat like last week. Colts dont pay players by the way...
