without knowing the facts i would think dav mckay would by pass this comp..still playing district ones for the majority of the year..would need armaguard each week too help him take home his nice lil pay pack to play at sunshine heights!!!!

Agree champ..wet weather is no good for cricket but wins during the year is and where you finish represents where you place..as i said earlier good luck to both sides and I HOPE 4 days of circket provides a winner!!

worst thing is..that the NWCA has 24 senior umpires and we have 12?? had to get back pat campbell to umpire due to the decrease in numbers

on good authority that A turf is going ahead this weekend with the other turf grades not playing..due to only enough grounds ready for A turd games to start..more than likely the first round for the other grades will be scrapped if A turf do get the start...

currently playing for a turf club and i reali do agree..you come across some players who are just there abouts but they do think they are absolute guns!! lot of poeple at our level forget wat they are reali playing for

hows this for an idea..during the debate bout the POSSIBLE merger the question has rised who has the better A grade league..i reckon every third, fourth or fifth year or something there could be a super series between the two most powerful or consistant sides in...

if your club is able to provide a roller you are able to roll the wicket as much as you wanted but clubs were restricted later in the year to cut the wicket any lower than the council cut it due to the drought
