The president of the SECA didn't rule it out at a recent presentation night, he said that the SECA would likely be apart of some sort of re-structure. It would make sense for them to align with south.
I don't think there are too many clubs that would stand in the way of a young talented player heading off to Premier Cricket to give them a shot at playing for Victoria.
Too much history in the Subbies, and I don't blame the Subbies for not wanting change.
Am I right in saying that
If a Player is selected
in a Cricket Victoria Regional (Under 14 or Under 16) squad, which
are finalised before the J G Craig registrations, he is ineligible to play in this
Competition?
I haven't seen any of the results from today, but I think Brighton will win South easily. Pretty sure they could go all the way, good all round squad. The coach seems to have done a good job in the past
All the fixtures from Wooly- F Grade are loaded in mycricket, just waiting for a click of a button to publish them, like you said UM likely due to some last minute changes!
Hartley is a Melbourne Grammar boy, left hander. Not a bad player, probably isn't 2nds standard, but should be able to cope should he get a gig. His Ex MGS coach is now the head coach of Prahran, so expect a fair few of the MGS boys to join him
Karl Whatham sticking around? Interesting appointment from within, he does have a very good knowledge base, would have thought an outside might come in as a 1sts player/coach though?
