Hey Guys,
I haven't had a great season with the bat. I've been given the opportunity to bat high up the order for the first time. Before this season I was a ring-in at cricket clubs around Australia, usually batting at number 9,10 or 11. I feel I haven't made the best of this chance. My style...
Whenever we talk about the best players in the world, we always tend to look at the batsmen who have amazed followers of the game.
Bradman, is without doubt the greatest batsman Australia has ever produced. McGrath is the best fast bowler to ever play for Australia. Warne statistically is the...
Logically, hitting over the ball keeps it along the ground. So if you were to get under the ball while playing a shot, it should go into the air. I'm no expert at playing shots in the air, instead I prefer to take singles and hit along the ground.

For me my favourite commentator has to be David "Bumble" Lloyd. He's just perfect for the role. He's funny and knows his stuff whilst not talking every second of the match.

I think the best way to get anyones attention is to be listening to them in a positive manner and getting to trainings earlier than the rest. I think you'll find that if you do the little one percenters the rewards will come.
Good Luck. :)

Still only early days though.
I'm not sure it's humanly possible for someone to be able to bowl that fast. I think if a player could bowl that quick, they'd modify the rules to keep the batsman safe.
For Batting I would suggest keeping it as simple as possible. Doing the little things right such as keeping a still head, getting in line of the ball and watching it all the way onto the bat are key things to remember while batting.
