Re: VTCA Thread Thanks. Bakes has undoubted talent. My point is that translating that to some 15yo kid that wants to be a player is pretty damn hard. You either have Bakes ability, or you don't. Plenty of people could play alongside Bakes for ten years, and not improve their own game one...

Re: VTCA Thread Outdated info I think. VTCA declared that no-one has to play Senior A, if they don't want to. Therefore the travel factor is no longer an issue, and probably no need to move to an inferior competition.

Re: VTCA Thread Agree, Dring keeps alright, but doesn't know which end of the bat he's supposed to hold. Biggest season being 120 runs, the rest in between 32 and 67.

Re: VTCA Thread Big, big chance. Problem is reminding myself to save some room for later, and try not to eat 5 bacon rolls straight up at 11am. As long as I drink a low-carb beer like Super Dry or Pure Blonde, then it all balances out anyway... ;)

Re: VTCA Thread Good luck to everyone playing in finals this weekend. It is a great effort to even get there, make the most of it. I'll be thinking of you all as I tuck into my 7th beer at Flemington. :D
