All very valid and relevant points you have raised and has been stated on here previously, looking over the past and present Senior GF teams - YCCC, KCC, DSCC and AWCC all of those sides would have been paying more than 2 players.
Is it not a catch 22...

Think you will find KCC ground won't hold too many fears for Brown - probably knows it better than AWCC ground.........

And win the toss you did ANL. You would think Doutta are almost gone now but ANCC have given themselves every chance to stay up with that score.
No Ash Robertson bowling gives OEGCC hope they will chase doen the runs though.

Very good summation there.
Surely if AWCC don't make it the finals questions would have to asked. They would be paying in the vicinity of $50k-$60k and at least YCCC and KCC will have something to show for their outlay.

Noticed Lamberti, Mcfarlane and Tate played in their twos on Saturday so perhaps they might play against ANCC to try and save relegation.
Some interesting games this week with a few having an impact on finals positions and relegation.

They could rest Tok and Broncs and still finish on top with last 2 games v DSCC and HCC that you would pencil in as wins.
Would not write them off just yet!

43c forecast for Saturday and although predictions are usally wrong, being so close to Saturday perhaps this week they might be right, if that makes sense?

It would seem a few bloggers might have taken the $2 on the Hustler or backed Roger and are keen to vent their anger.
VTCA won't do anything as history proves they are insipid and buy not doing anything, only opens up for some "sporting" declarations in the last 2 rounds...

Think you will find it is not just the NWCA but all comps if the temp hits 37.4 degrees-how this number came about not sure but pretty confident it is correct, all cricket is called off no questions asked. Result same as if a washout on second day i.e. CCC...
