Traditions at Haileybury include but are not limited to;
1. Not selecting the best batsman at the school for the 1sts but rather keep him in the 2nds to encourage growth for the younger players.
2. Play Hard, Train Harder. No talking at Haileybury training sessions...

Ultimately, Bett is probably the biggest tool in the APS, even though I've never met him.
