3s and 4s are moving to align themselves with the 1s and 2s, next year its North/West, East/South. The 4 group system hasn't worked well and with juniors playing mainly Friday's it allows for teams to get better organised to get to games (don't know about Croydon V Melton or something like that...
north dont have a home ground, and had ordinary facilities before hand.
footscray, have a decent pathway program and really good facilities- prob should have come good the last couple of years but fair few experienced players have left now left to rebuild.

thought it was bit odd last night that ryan carters didnt get the gloves for the team of the year though the big pil goes alright for 1st time in 2-3 years with the gloves again.

i'm in belief 2 clubs have actually signed coaches already, just putting the ads out there for the sake of it. wont say which ones :)

other year they were keen on roxborough park, think the same will go! where their recruiting occurs so good choice. good write up on premier website on clubs in the outer subs!

anyone whos available- meaning whoever doesnt have a family, doesn't get smashed the saturday night. previously (i dont know if they still do it) the subbies send out an invite during the year to each coach and they can nominate people who are keen.
