Back problems and im only 16 !

Recently i had a realy bad injury wilst bowling to the bottom right side of my back it kept me from walking for a day and from cricket for nearly 2 months i went to phsyio therapy and the therapist said it could be because of muscle imbalance that that side of my back got realy tight as im left handed and left footed so dont realy do much with my right hand i was wondering if there are any specific exercises to work on the bottom of my back as i still get tinges of pain and stretched in my back now and i feel i need to strengthen it ty x

There are lots of exercises but you really need to discover the cause; I am not convinced about the mucles imbalance theory at the moment. Is there any way you can post a video of your action?

I had a good look at your website over the weekend; it really is quite good.

As for the video, there are a few things that concern me but, unfortunately, I am not able to manipulate it at all. I would really need to be able to slow it down and I would like to see you bowl from directly in front to be able to help.

ty my coach may do another video soon im also going to lancs to do a bit of work on my bowling so hopefully it should improve
