Bowling Lengths as measurements

What are the measurements of bowling lengths either measured from the batsmans end or the bowlers end -

E.g a full toss is a ball that lands further than 22 yards from the stumps at the bowlers end
A Bouncer lands between 11 and 15 yards from the bowlers end - that kind of thing?

From a best selling book by Simon Hughes:

Half volley lands roughly two yards from the batsman.
Good length ball pitches five or six yards from the batsman.
Short of a length will pitch say eight yards from the batsman.
Bouncer lands near half way down the track.
