Forearm soreness - Wrist Spinning

I've recently changed the way I bowl my Leg breaks and acquired a really nice flick using the wrist and and 3 & 4th fingers to get the ball to really spin. But as a consequence I seem to have pulled something in my inner arm. It feels like one of the muscles/tendons is sore just before it joins with the medial epicondyle, but having looked at resources on the internet I'm not sure whether it is Tennis elbow or not as this seems to affect the outer arm rather than the inner?

I rested it for a couple of days and again had a gentle bowl tonight and it's obvious that I need to rest it as the pain has begun to return again already having only thrown 30 - 36 balls with no real exertion. Liz or David - what do you reckon?

Sounds like golfer's elbow or medial epicondylitis. Rest, physio with or without nonsteroidals usually help it settle. Later a physio may show you some strengthening exercises. Good luck
