Can I just say... everybody, please, please seek medical advice if you encounter injury; it is easily sorted at the time.

Yes Liz my point of view was from the commitment & dedicated passion for the game.
Not seeking medical attention was risky.
I saved a lot of trouble seeking advice from you and my family doctor

i generally ring my misses mate, (physio) and go help ive hurt myself! but to be fair you know when youve done something serious!
