In my view, he's been punished, learned his lesson and should be allowed back again now. Maybe just not with Pakistan for a while
I read a quote from him the other day about how communication was important and that's what he got wrong last time so yeah, time let him back in again.

I dont think ICC will give him matches involving sub continental teams. Pakistan seem to be very unhappy with the decision. Well with the standard of umpiring declining these days it might be good that he is back but all eyes will be on him now. It might lead to more controversies.
