Hip strain

Hip strain

My coach said to me to follow thru more with my shoulders and hips, As i was doing so quite strongly my right hip which drives thru now is feeling sore. Is it because i strained it because of i dont stretch much and due to the extravagent movement of the hip it got strained. What excercizes can i do to stretch the hip joint? Also im a leg spin bowler not a fast bowler

Probably simply stretched some muscles that you haven't used before but I'm sure Liz will be able to shed(sp?) more light on things.
