I rather like it; it rolls off the tongue nicely.

The guy cannot help his family name, though Einstein is one to be proud of, and Napoleon bodes well for a great leader.

Well it's not easily forgotten so if he does well, he will be celebrated for many years/decades.

Similarly, if he has an unfortunately match/test/season, there is nowhere to hide ;)

That name will certainly help get attention. If he performs well, it wont be too hard for him to get the selectors' attention.
