ICC announces umpire and match referee for Twenty20 Tournament.

The ICC today announced details of the umpire and match referee appointments for the opening group stage of the upcoming ICC World Twenty20 in South Africa, which will take place from 11 to 24 September.

One commission is the worst umpire in World Cricket - Steve Davis. I can't beleive he is on that list, he is a terrible umpire! Bring back Darrel!
