What is Pietersen's trigger movement where does he start finish in between every process of it please. I score in similar areas so i feel it will suite me.
If you look at this vid, from early on in his career, its just a simple step from leg fo off. (YouTube - Kevin Pietersen, 3 of the best 100s in odi) I spose it gives him momentum to really push into the drive and to swivel when he plays leg side shots, particularly his 'flamingo flick' through midwicket.
I dont think you'd need to copy his trigger movmement, as its something unique to each batsmen, whatever feels comfortable to you is the trigger you should use.
I would say tht to score like KP, which is very much leg side, or big powerful drives, you'd want to end up more middle-off, offside than leg, that way you maximise the potential ammount of balls you can play into the leg side.
