Looking for a new Fantasy simmer

With Jolldo being distracted with other events for the foreseeable, the admin team have decided to look for a new member of the fantasy team, in particular for someone to help out with simming the games.

You won't be replacing Jolldo but will be an important part of the BigCricket fantasy team. You'll be joining Kshitiz and Biggie, both who will be able to offer assistance and guidence if needed.

If you're interested in seeing if you have what it takes to play god (well, to run the sim, but close enough), drop me a pm with the following filled out:

All welcome to apply but please remember that this is more than simply being a mod as you will be expected to run the sim. This will involve keeping the team records up to date and posting the games.

Just to add to the above, the routine is something like this :-

1) Post game threads with logos ( and that takes a while becauseeach logo has to be manually inserted)
2) Check posted sides comply with rules
3) Ensure teams meet deadlines, if not post infractions
4) Enter teams in sim
5) Sim each game
6) Post each days play
7) Answer questions about the bugs in the sim
6) Post final score
7) Calculate Ladder , NRR etc.
8) Post ladder
9) Monitor stats best list for anomalies and change as needed. ie bowler has best strike rate
10) Post stats

Make sure you back up every game. If you make a mistake and don't, you can't replay it.

There are certain things we're looking into atm, which should shorten all those points Frodo listed above, so don't be scared away!
