Lower Back Pain
Hi, yeh I've been having pain in the left side of my lower back for a week or two now. Is it because of a mixed action? I've seen some pictures of myself bowling, and I seem to fall over to the left hand side after I bowl it, it doesn't affect my bowling but I will attempt to fix it up in the off season. Anyway, is there anything that can be done to help relieve me of the pain, because it kinda restricts me when I'm bowling a bit and hurts when I get up or bend down in certain ways. Dad reckons it might be a knot in my umm, i forget, qutlurdon s-something? I dunno what it technicality is, but basically it means four-sided muscle in your lower back. He gave me acupuncture and a massage today, it helped a bit but it's still there, and acupuncture takes a few sessions to improve it. By the end of this week I'll be owing him a few hundred bucks for the acupuncture sessions, lol, nah, but is there anything I can do to help prevent pain and get rid of the injury?
