Newbie cricket fitness

Hey everyone,

please forgive me if this has been posted 100 times before. anyways, i am 15 and opening batsman. I also bowl medium pace but can swing the ball. can anyone please suggest any basic simple exercises to increase pace in bowling and increase power in forearms for batting.
